THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The police have proposed three new cybercrime police stations in the state. “The new stations have been proposed in the wake of increasing number of cyber cases that are being registered. In addition to the one that we have in Thiruvananthapuram, we propose three more stations across the state,” state police chief K S Balasubramanian said.
The new cybercrime police stations will come up in Ernakulam, Thrissur and Kozhikode. The only cybercrime police station in Thiruvananthapuram is under the Crime Branch now.
